    Purpose: Support and document the onboarding and development of members of Munich Media Speakers.

    Potential legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(b), insofar as processing is necessary to administer the membership relationship. Additional or optional processing may require a different lawful basis. This must be assessed before launch.

    Data: Club joining month and calculated onboarding end, responses to onboarding questions, voluntarily entered comments and goals, UUID, timestamps, and change history. The app does not request a name or email address. Free text can nevertheless identify an individual.

    Access: Anyone with the unique checklist link can read and edit that record. Treat the link as confidential. Authorized officers can approve or delete records with a master password.
